In 2009, Meeting Street completed phase 1 on Certificate Court in the Sanctuary.
We started the year with finishing up the last building on Certificate Court, creating a charming and very private community within Grand Oaks that features beautiful protected wetlands for privacy, great walking trails and gorgeous lowcountry views!!.
We are all very excited about 2010 and all the great things coming to Charleston!!
Meeting Street Homes & Communities will be starting 2 new buildings this spring on Rue Drive across from the beautiful community lake and fire-pit island in the 2nd phase of the Sanctuary. This phase will feature optional detached garages and private service entrances for all homeowners. The completion of phase 2 in the Sanctuary will be under full swing in 2010!!
